Happy hour with my besties at Osteria Coppa in San Mateo, CA. Half off all beer, glasses of wine, and well drinks. I opted for their signature cocktail menu, which was not part of the happy hour deal- $10 each but still well worth it!

Tastes sort of like a mojito but much better because of its complex and less-sweet flavors.

We also shared some delicious Italian food, I was having so much fun, I forgot to take pictures- Smoked duck salad with pluots, argula, and hazelnuts (oh those tender smokey duck slices), pappardelle with short ribs, English peas, and fresh horseradish (nice touch with the horseradish. Perfect al dente pasta that was not over-sauced), Pizza with asparagus, parmesan Fonduta, speck and burrata Cheese (the crust was really well done!). Osteria Coppa is an awesome farm-to-table restaurant that serves up some very quality food. Their menu changes constantly depending on what’s in season.
